The third edition of the annual Cebu Guitar Festival is now on its final stages of preparations. This year’s show will feature collaborative performances, with each group having guitar players from different bands performing side by side.
Imagine a lineup of Manny Amador of MNX (classic rock), Carlo Borromeo of Purple Helmets (new wave), and Jon Vistal of Blaksmoke (hard rock) and Postmortem (heavy metal)…
A first ever Bass Collective performance is also included in the lineup, plus a world music assembly from Dumaguete, and Cebu’s women guitarists also have their take on the limelight.
