A lot of people kept inviting me to join PALS (Personal AwarenessLeadership Seminar), a life changing self discovery seminar that can make you a better person and maximize your full potential. I go, oh yeah? is that so, that’s really nice, but but im busy, maybe later if i have time. What?!? 9,800.00 pesos? Only? okay! but maybe later when i have money…
yeah yeah so i did join the seminar. When Cebu Directories along with Sunstar came to meet the 9 ball challenge star players “country’s best” at the airport, I encounter Joey Reyes the speaker of PALS he informed me that the batch 20 of PALS (Personal Awareness Leadership Seminar) will start the next day and invited me to join (’Darrell join ka na lang’) and I instinctively agreed to join the seminar (I just reply,’ah ah ah okay’).
Unknowingly, three had past and I already graduated . What the…? with all the alibis and excuses from all the laters and unconsciously im done with it.
Day 1, I heard it from the other participants, that their friends kept telling them about PALS (Personal Awareness Leadership Seminar) and so on, it got me thinking just what is this PALS (Personal Awareness Leadership Seminar) that people are talking about? 3 days seminar? and all the other crazy weird thoughts hitting my mind. Well of course I’m not going to tell you in details about the seminar, it will take me 3 days or more, and even if it takes me an hour to explain still I won’t tell you! LOL!!
Well, here it is. It is a mind opener, that maximizes your life’s full potential. So, what’s in it aside from just your personal awareness stuff? The good thing on this is that it also has its business improvement skill side. So not only it will improve your own self but you can maximize your business potential as well. I know, I knew, you’ve heard stuff like this everywhere, but believe me, if you think you have learned enough, still, it’s worth trying. The good attitude is, just empty yourself, get what you think is useful for you, and set aside the ones that you don’t think so. You need to be an empty cup to be filled.
The other thing I like about PALS (Personal Awareness Leadership Seminar) is that, it is a growing community of self aware people who supports the activity to help others discover the good thing in them. A group that helps make our community better in a self awareness approach. The key is, “change comes from us”. I even heard one classmate in the seminar said, “if only everyone can join this seminar then our place will be a lot better to live, there will be more understanding and loving with each other”. I just want to make this clear to those who haven’t join yet and those who have joined already, PALS (Personal Awareness Leadership Seminar) is not trying or teaching people to be God or the i am God mentality. It’s simply telling the basic philosophy of God, and how we son of God has the power to choose that we can have a better life if only we choose to. it’s a matter of choice, and by that, we can make it happen.
For me, it’s God’s basic advice, command, law of universe that we hear often and yet ignore and took it lightly. In here, the practical way of telling that these laws are the keys to successful and happy life, in a very creative way of presentation. Not only these are God’s laws but the very essential keys to successful and happy life.
